    Integrated Benefit Solutions began in 2001, with an idea to Broker business together between Ann Nolloth and Donna Thompson over a cup of coffee at the Village Restaurant. We decided to begin our venture slowly, contacting our former clients from our time together at Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY. We also were reluctant to get involved in the ever-changing health insurance business. That idea would quickly fade, since every business we contacted wanted and needed assistance with their health insurance needs for their employees .After 8 years of growing our business steadily and successfully, and having obtained over 100 employer groups in Chautauqua County and Western NY, Ann took a much needed vacation.

    In January of 2009, while on vacation with her husband in Florida, Ann suddenly and unexpectedly passed away from a brain aneurysm. Ann was not only my Business Partner, but my very close friend and confidant. The years following her death were extremely difficult on both a personal and professional level. We had just hired Jessica Nuccio, who had no training at the time in the Employee Benefits arena. After working 7 days a week, and Jessica being a quick learner, we were back on track. However to this day, we still miss Ann’s friendship, knowledge, and expertise in life and in business. Since that time, IBS has hired several additional employees, and we’ve substantially grown the business.

    Our focus has always been superior customer service. In addition, we have taken on the “packaging” of employee benefits, and extended our services to include all ancillary lines of coverage, as well as compliance and cloud based HR software. With over several hundred employer groups in our book, we are the largest locally and family owned Employee Benefits Broker in Chautauqua County.
    We work every day to continue growing our business and help other local businesses succeed. Our philosophy is to provide excellent Employee Benefits, assist employers in cost, but not at the expense of the Employees. With all of the tools available to us, we are accomplishing that goal
